Favoritism here isn’t just noticeable, it’s practically the entire operating system. Accountability? Don’t even bother looking for it as it doesn’t exist. People are sitting in roles they are clearly unqualified for. Unless you already have a personal history with leadership, don’t expect even a shred of recognition for your work. The environment is toxic, and the expectations are absurd, you’re essentially required to work 10+ hour days like it’s no big deal. Seriously, it’s exhausting, frustrating, and completely unsustainable. Give it about a 1.5 months and when Sunday nights role around, you start to dread going back into work.

Favoritism is found at every corner. You must be in with the crew to get any where in this place. Management is disconnected, unorganized and completely clueless of the needs of this place. Unprofessional and under qualify management individuals all around. No accountability for management whatsoever, no sense of direction just blame everyone for mistakes even when they are the ones directing the mistakes or making them. Attitudes every where with condescending comments all day long, just a complete nightmare, run, run, run as far as you can from this place.
