Pros
Management keeps every employee informed as to the goings-on and the present and future of the company. Pay and profit sharing are fair. You get out what you put in. That's the difference here. You are not handed success. You are handed a way to create success. That being said, management is very supportive of self growth and will purchase materials to do such as requested. Every attempt is made at not only reaching goals and fiscal success, but also that employees are happy and reaching their personal goals, too. I've had several disappointing positions up until now. All I ever wanted was a big challenge with an opportunity to make it happen, along with support and a positive work environment. The Broker Exchange Network nails it.
