Close to home, free coffee and tea.... no seriously I have to write something in this box & this was the best I could come up with
Cons
Company thrives off conflict, poor management and short term decision making means EVERYONE is fire fighting & bad behaviour is rewarded. The office is very clicky and unless you're berating someone then your seen an "weak" "not the right fit" and then replaced. I have seen in my time within the company, good people leave & great people being terminated and their replacement starts the very next day (yes they interview for your replacement whilst your still in your role, its happened twice since I have been there). Zero culture & their values are "make money and treat staff as disposable assets)
