Good location. Been around for a long time.

Leadership at the top is horrible. Does not care about the community or community needs. CEO talks to the staff horribly

-Some really great people that work there, whose hearts are in the right place. -Staff try their hardest with limited resources.

Cons

-Lack of leadership at upper level -Micromanaging from CEO who hasn’t been around for 4 years and is out of touch

Pros

Small CBO allowing for more closenit relations between staff and the community we service. Resources are easily accessible and shared.

Cons

The payroll is inconsistent. Positive supervisory support is scares. The development of new programs and program expansion is not adequately supported.
