Pros

Some degree of freedom to make your own decisions, but the company is top heavy and micro managed. It has a young energetic staff, but moral is very low.

Cons

The management will fire employees at the drop of a hat. One day you are a good guy, and the next day they have a change of heart and fire you. There is absolutely zero job security. It is basically run by a husband and wife who control everything. Very unprofessional.

Brook has a great environment and even greater employees. They promote within which is great and this creates more opportunities for others to move up. Everyone works as a team and always has a great attitude. "Can do" environment.

Cons

nothing at the moment i would consider a con besides the traffic on my commute home.
