      Good benefits package - around 6/7% pension contribution

      Cons

      This company appears from the outside to be a welcoming exciting place to work but unfortunately the reality is the exact opposite. Senior Management are in it for themselves and the CEO is like a loose cannon who seems to think he can behave however he wants without any repercussions

      The Brookfield Rose group includes 14 companies so it's a very dynamic, entrepreneurial place to work. The company culture is great and it's based in a lovely location (Knutsford).

      Cons

      Working across all companies there is a lot to juggle and it's very fast pace.

      10 years old legacy application, CEO suddenly made redundant more than half of the team and stopped new projects
