tons of turnover from acquisition, bleeding talent, the acquisition by Velir has erased almost all of what made BDC special

If you see good reviews here, check the date. Only negative things have happened since the acquisition by Velir. At the peak, I worked with over 100 great colleagues, and at best maybe 10% still remain. Everyone else has fled or is hoping to flee as quickly as possible. The new HR team broke promises, lied, and generally punished people for advocating for transparency and honesty. It's really heartbreaking to see what happened to the organization and would be a great case study in how to acquire a business and then destroy it & leave it in complete shambles.
