I love it all, but it might not be right for everyone. To do well at Brooklyn Data, you should:
* Enjoy learning new things and be adept at figuring stuff out. Your colleagues will jump in to help you, but there will be technical challenges that need to be figured out quickly. You might get more breadth than depth in some areas, because you might not have the luxury of time at that particular moment to do more research. There is always something new to learn, and you will be challenged daily.
* Be okay working with a fully distributed company. You'll get a generous allowance to set up your home workspace, but there's no office to go to.
