Work is chill for the most part, but in the busy season you get worked to the bone. Coworkers are generally nice but management is chaos. People come in sick a lot. Pretty diverse tho and people don't care if you're gay or trans or pierced and tattooed as as long as you get things done.
Cons
Good for a first job, wouldn't recommend long term. EHS is pretty useless, lots of cut corners for safety. High turnover. You can try to fix things for months but they never change. People who care leave fast.
