Good people Interesting industry Culture is good. People work hard but also lead a life outside of work and participation in an active lifestyle is encouraged. Transparent - leadership communicates about financial performance and company goals. The company keeps growing. Nice discounts on product.

Cons

Compensation - lots of smart people working hard for ok comp/benefits and make the tradeoff because they like running. Career progression seems team dependent, not performance oriented. Culture is sports driven and runners have an easier time fitting in.

With a large company that is still shifting into its own size there come growing pains. The growing pains are real! But growth opportunities are greater.
