nice staff, comfortable environment, good pay, manager is nice and understanding. Lots of room for promotion.

Cons

In this job you generally need to work very late nights, until three to four in the morning most nights.

Pros

Really good tips during twins games and big events. Chill managers and fun co workers. The drink discount. Working in the middle of downtown because there’s fun stuff to do in the area plus server discount at a lot of other spots. Cheap good bar food.

Cons

Typical bar hours so working until 2-3 in the morning some nights. But that’s typical if you don’t know the industry. On not event days sometimes you won’t make much for tips if it’s slow that day.
