      40 year company with strong roots in the community. Reputable name, good benefits

      Cons

      Lots of change since old CEO left. Tons of people left (fired). Lots of us remaining are too scared to speak up because we might be next

      Used to be a great place to work, were bought out recently, management and culture have changed, micro management and hand holding ensued. work life/balance not so great
