      Toxic Management

      Pros

      Lots of perks, like competitions and outings.

      Cons

      Management is toxic, no real structure, they try and over step each other. Then once you complain they retract what they said. They make you feel as if there is no Open door policy and you can't go to Cason. They talk about how there's always opportunities to grow with in the business but once you express that you'd like to try something new they shut you down right away. Any time i needed to talk to management about something they would never answer my texts, calls or emails.

      Not a Safe Environment

      Small. Get to know the people you work with.

      Cons

      When you bring up issues you are the issue. Women are seen as lesser. Want you to keep quiet while they protect the men in the company. No backbone in the leadership.

I can personally promise that I do not shy away from speaking the truth to all levels of the organization. Our employees are key to our success and I will listen to anyone willing to speak with me.
