Pros

Coworkers are friendly and nice.

Cons

There are way to many to list. Robert Broulim will boss you around without letting you talk or explain yourself. He does not care about his employees feelings. He makes us feel like crap. There are so many others things...

Broulim's Loves Being Crooked

Pros

I have none. They have nothing good to offer. They are specialist in practicing illegal business.

Cons

They force you to work 60 miles away from home to a life being fired when you disagree to quit. They retaliate when you bring up safety concerns about meat slicers that result in employees having their fingers cut off. Along with their crooked attitude. They discriminate based on religion. If you are not LDS, you can expect to see no promotion or future pay raise. They love to prove gouge and charge ridiculous amounts of money rather than a low competitive cost. And finally, they treat all their employees like salves. They pay horrible and offer no benefits.

Pros

Very flexible with hours, and days off, Sundays off, employee discount, employee stake in the company for full time, employee benefits for full time. The store is closed Thanksgiving and Christmas, many nice and qualified people work there

Cons

Must work Holidays and days leading up to holidays, low pay for lots of effort and work, not much praise or incentive to work harder, A lot depends on how well your coworkers work. A lot depends on if you have a good manager and store director. Robert and Richard (Senior (it will not let me use his actual nickname in real life- because this website thinks it's a derogatory term)) Broulim are in the store often and micromanaging. It's a small store in a small town with a customer base that is entitled.
