Abandon all hope to all who enter this place
Pros
Everything in the drink machines are a quarter other than that I cannot think of anything else.
Cons
Lack of organization and structure. Company morale is very low and almost everyone hates working there. I have seen and heard of several people walking around the office crying or upset due to foul language being used against them. There is absolutely no opportunity to grow or move into a new role even if you're qualified for the job. Just wearing the wrong color to work one day could discount you for any promotional opportunities. Any new ideas for improvement to a process in the company are shot down immediately with a "we're not ready for that yet" even though the company has been around for decades now. They are currently in the process of doing a mass lay off in the sales department and it has a lot of employees on edge. Every day you walk in fearing that it may be your last day. The computer systems are outdated and will experience many problems with your email account working prohibiting you from doing your work efficiently. The building is very old and in need of serious renovations and all of the office furniture is used and damaged. You will even have to bring your own office supplies there is a shortage of that. This just goes to show you how much the owner of the company truly cares about the company and his own employees. That is why they have been for over 100 years now and are still only located in florida and richmond, va, they should be a national company by now. If you are a college graduate you will most likely be more educated than your supervisor due to every manager in every department having just an associates degree or high school diploma which leads to many unprofessional decisions on their part because they do not have the educational requirments to be in that position. Warehouse and delivery driver employees are treated terribly and I really feel bad for them. The pay is also very terrible which makes recruiting for this company even harder, they do not try to be competitive at all. Turnover is extremely high and in many departments you find that the most tenured employee has been there for just 6 months or less.
