Pros

Reimbursement for travel, meals, lodging, and gas. Work with different teams - not just one team Cannot really think of anything else that may be positive about this company. It is good for somebody who doesn't have a life/family/friends and doesn't care about anything but the JOB!

Cons

- No work-life balance - Most of their customers are spread everywhere so you need to travel out-of-town pretty much all the time, and basically you are home just on Friday night, Saturday, and sometimes (if you are lucky) on Sunday. - Management cares only about their profit and they treat the employees as slaves - Very often you need to work during late evening hours and on weekends

Pros

Exposure to different industries and types of client and large degree of autonomy to get the work completed.

Cons

The management is focused primarily on new business/growth and not the development of staff. You can expect to be repeatedly placed in tough situations without advance notice and very little support. Management will say one thing such as not wanting to overwork employees and want there to be good work/life balance but all actions will be encouraging putting the job above all else in life and pressure staff to maintain heavy work hours year round with multiple busy seasons.
