Work timings are prolonged. Work-life balance is not considered. Go on hiring people in lots of 10-20 with thinking a taking into consideration the cost and then fire people from the company to justify wrong decisions taken. Hired people for the post of above the existing employees. encourages backbiting. no ethical culture. no formal meetings. promise to give promotions and salary raise but in vain. even if promotion is given it is only by post and not in salary. Unprofessional behavior by the management. Holidays are irrational. In spite of the company being Goa based no Goa holidays no casual leaves no sick leave no leave encashment. Expected to work on leaves and also holidays even in the night but no Overtime provided. No motivation. No privacy. None of the employees dignity is respected. Office emails are checked without permission

Working in Browntape was like working with the baniya shop found at every corner of the lane. Lack of vision with both founders. They look everyone with suspicions as if they have come to steal their business plan. Incapability in judging the skills of experience person and then firing them stating you're are not suited with our culture. They pretend to be most liberal working company but in fact they are orthodox. Stay away.
