- I don't have confidence in upper-level management to make this company employee friendly. - They just live in their world believing we're doing very well compared to the market. - They keep employees in the dark not telling how the company is performing revenue-wise, profit-wise, and what are the upcoming major company goals. - This company don't know and will never understand how to keep their employees happy and stayed at this company, that's why the attrition rate is so bad here. - The hike percentage is below industry level, you will get 8% by giving your ultimate best shot all over the year. - In terms of growth, you will not feel a major improvement in your skillset after spending your two years here as the tech stack here is so bad, very complex and they are so behind the Devosp industry best practices that they need to improve a hell lot! - The company is just saving money by not opening the office and making it permanent WFH, and not making any profits either. - Please don't join this company, I am not sure why the Glassdoor rating is 4+, it should not be more than 3.
