After several rewarding years at BrowserStack, I can confidently say it has been an incredible journey. In my time here, I’ve watched the company and its product portfolio grow 10x. BrowserStack truly prioritizes innovation and offers immense opportunities for professional growth. I highly recommend this organization to anyone with a growth mindset who is eager to learn new technologies and thrive in a fast-evolving tech landscape. The work culture here within the Ireland team is very good and everyone has a collective growth focus.
Cons
Sometimes the targets can be a bit unachievable due to which increments are effected and AE to CE ratio can be a bit better with more CEs to cover the work.

Excellent work-life balance with a strong employee-first culture. There are continuous learning opportunities, supportive leadership, and no micromanagement. Managers are approachable, and the company genuinely cares about employee well-being while offering great benefits.
Cons
I personally haven’t experienced any major downsides so far. I’ve been with the company for almost 2 years, and my experience has been very positive overall.
