Pros
Lots of overtime pay because of chronic failure to meet schedule and customer demand due to supervisors more interested in flirting/dating their employees than supervising. Supervisors allow cell phones on the production floor so we can text, play games and watch movies while we work. Upper management is seldom seen except for the one with the chip on her shoulder who enjoys slithering out to the production floor yelling, screaming, and intimidating hourly employees.
Cons
The very unstable "rob Peter to pay Paul" methodology of “Making the numbers come in” at the end of the month will eventually catch up to us and uncover the truth about the company’s deplorable, live paycheck to paycheck financial health. Corporate will not be happy when they uncover the Bruce “Ponzi scheme”! Dead end job unless you can show upper management that you too have questionable morals.
