      Excellent supportive atmosphere, no future vision

      Pros

      The quality of the teamwork and the general level of support are strong. So is the commitment to learning and people development.

      Cons

      There is no management vision that I can see, and if there is they are keeping it to themselves. As a result people are reasonably worried about the future and how viable the business is in the long term.
