      Management made sure to always side with a prejudiced and unprofessional boss. Incredibly poor pay compared to same job at other companies. Holiday bonuses were nonexistent or a baked good

      Poor Salary (based upon market standards for the area, as well as the quality of work we produced) No extra Incentives or bonuses Weak benefits/ waiting a year for a 401K No remote opportunities Promotions are only considered in the spring (time-based rather than the quality of employees) Senior leadership is not present around the office High Turnover on all levels

      coworker relationships are fair building is nice

      Cons

      All levels of management are problematic and do not listen to employee concerns. They tolerate hate speech and HR does nothing to help. There is a severe lack of diversity. Pay starts low and there is no real room for growth. Raises are poor and bonuses do not exist. Benefits are weak at best. Your voice as an employee will never be heard.

      Sad to see reviews like this. Management takes all complaints seriously and does a proper investigation and hands out what they believe is the correct disciplinary action. Disciplinary action isn't made public. The company does not tolerate hate speech and if this is brought to our attention it is appropriately disciplined. We offer competitive salaries and a full line of benefits with two different options for medical plans as well as dental and vision plans, all with a major carrier. The company also pays for life insurance for each employee. All employees are given vacation time which is available after only 30 days of hire. The company also matches 5% on their 401(k) plan.
