Business outlook
Pros
Motivated sales force, good training, good leadership, great opportunity for big bucks. Back when I started, the real estate market was still solid so it was a great place to learn how to sell. You also learn a lot about how to structure a loan, cold call, interest rates, appraisals.
Cons
Real Estate market is slow now but back then it was still holding steady so we could make a decent living. Also, banks are tight on lending now so it is tough. Back then, banks could easily approve many loans and we'd also get inbound calls as well which helped out a lot.
