      Pros

      Hard to mention any, as the overall experience was extremely negative. Basic professional ethics and employee welfare were completely missing.

      Cons

      Feels more like bonded labor than a tech company – especially shocking in an era where employee well-being is supposed to matter. No compliance with labor laws – working conditions deserve serious attention from labor authorities.

      1. Management doesn't care about employees 2 there is no such thing as leaves. 3 people work on Saturday and leave home on Mondays 4 Owner is again Indians. He says y'all Indian are donkeys
