Pros
- Good starting point for anyone starting a sales career. - Managers were willing to guide and train new reps. - Volume based commission structure, so the sales rep didn't have to worry about the gross profit for every deal.
Cons
- There were some issues with the management that ultimately made all the set people leave. - Other benefits (heath, PTO, etc) aren't that good.
