      The company is a strong and financial manufacturing business of reusable and renewable bulk containers.

      Cons

      Internal communications between management teams and segment departments are weak which causes disconnect among the employees and corporate office.

      Autonomy in day to day.

      Cons

      Overall operating structure and management is very hierarchical. Pricing strategies based on outdated model. Over use of the phrase "publicly traded company" as excuse for everything. There is no trust on managements part that the field managers know how to make business decisions.
