Pros

Kind people, there if you need help or don’t know how to do something. Benefits are okay - the packages aren’t the best but they have options which is nice. 2 of the package types the costs are covered but they force you to get STD coverage that you have to pay. Remote work.

Cons

Work balance between team members is not even. If someone leaves they dump all of their accounts on you and work very slowly to get a new employee hired if they even do at all. Pay for this industry is low to begin with - they are good to negotiate with during hiring which is good but I have never seen a raise or bonus. They will not match your previous employers vacation time. Other brokers offer minimum 3 weeks vacation.
