Business outlook
Pros
Some of the kindest people work here. There are lots of perks and management does well at making all staff feel valued. Partners and upper level management feel accessible and approachable. The push for a more diverse and inclusive work place is evident and I applaud the efforts being taken. A truly great place to work.
Cons
Days can feel long and slow at times. Some office drama is present, but that is expected. The PTO accrual is not the best.
