Pros

One of the only agencies that service non violent individuals only. They give employees 5 dollars a month to gift other employees for morale. One of the best equipped day programs for individuals. They have a sensory room, workout room, computer lab, and theatre area.

Cons

Extremely hard to get time off. They prioritize community access for individuals, more than common sense individual desires and safety. Clear favoritism and HR prides itself for finding ways to not have to pay unemployment benifits. They do not accommodate their aging individuals. They only pay holiday pay for 3 holidays and only if youre on a specific shift. If youre a grave shifter you do not get holiday pay. They treat their and overwork their day program employees poorly and their day program management leaves much to desire and favors certain employees. Big double standards for different employees depending how liked you are. Have to use personal vehicles as they have not invested in enough company vehicles. No home phones. They expect you to constantly be in communication even when not on the clock.
