Human capital is priority one - growth is based on taking care of employees rather than focussing only on financial return. The team from top to bottom work together and genuinely care for those they work with.

BuddoBot sincerely looks out for its employees; their employee care is top-notch, and the benefits are very generous and cover a wide range of interests and lifestyles. BuddoBot's core values—Honesty, Integrity, Camaraderie—are not just words that sound good; I've seen this played out int he leadership and management teams.

Cons

The company is currently in the growing stage, and with that comes a lot of rapid changes and a lot of work. Even in this there is value to being a part of setting a foundation and an opportunity to build up an amazing company.

Every aspect of working for BuddoBot is amazing. Beyond the competitive pay and benefits, there is so much the company has to offer. Fringe benefits like paying for your gym membership, free book purchase every quarter, summer gas perks, fun events, lunches, and SWAG! I don't mean stress ball with the company logo swag. I'm talking about North Face jackets, Oakley backpacks, and so much more. The CEO is very personable, smart, and inspiring. He has created a fantastic culture to work in. It never feels like you are speaking to the CEO of a company. The CEO is always concerned about our work/life balance. Small company with a lot of growth and internal advancement opportunities. Including myself, I have seen many people promoted from within, or move to more desired positions. A very cool fact is the corporate side of the house is 75% female and they hold a lot of leadership positions.

Cons

There aren't really any cons. Busy and hard work, but it is rewarding. You are appreciated and recognized for your work.
