Pros

None, this has to be the worst company I’ve ever worked for

Cons

Pros

Steady full-time income on the Sunshine Coast.

Cons

Managers - not accountable or very willing to help with difficult customers a lot of deflecting. Split shifts - don't start, have breaks or finish with your team so can be isolating. Unnecessary teams - each team has a manager but if you have questions you need to call a different team... They also have another team dedicated to call you if you are taking to long to enter your notes after a phone call.

Pros

none would never recommend this company to anyone

Cons

I worked at this company for over a year, and compensation was consistently well below industry standards. The workplace is heavily affected by nepotism, inefficient and outdated processes that frequently disadvantage customers, and a management culture driven by ego rather than accountability. Despite publicly boasting profits exceeding $3 billion, the company refuses to pay employees a fair wage. Any attempts to raise concerns about compensation are quickly dismissed or shut down. Payroll accuracy was another major issue. Employees were required to regularly check and confirm their pay, and I am aware of several colleagues who pursued Fair Work claims after being underpaid for months at a time. These systemic internal issues recently led to an audit and significant fines after it was found the company was actively failing customers due to its inadequate processes. In response to the audit, internal teams were pushed to “fix” these issues, resulting in processes changing almost weekly. These constant changes added unnecessary steps, increased workload, and created confusion rather than genuine improvement. Performance and effort had little impact on career progression. Regardless of KPIs met, additional responsibilities taken on, or overtime worked, employees without personal connections were routinely overlooked in favor of under-qualified individuals with family ties. Staff retention is extremely poor, with most employees leaving within a year due to unfair treatment, lack of recognition, and a culture where people are pushed out rather than supported. In my own role, I had seven different team leaders within a single year, each leaving due to unfair treatment or for better opportunities elsewhere.
