Pays okay compared to most companies, can make anywhere from 30,000-55,000
Cons
Work loads are harsh and management doesnt seem to have a clue what they’re doing. About 12-18 jobs a day with not enough time to do them. Could end up working 10-12 hours most of the week not including commutes. Scheduling is completely incompetent will drive more than you work. Equipment is busted up and needs replaced
Pay is good
Clock in when you leave your house, clock out when you return to your house
Cons
Every minute of your day is scheduled. If you're running ahead, you get more jobs put on you. 30 minutes of paid time is taken out every day for lunch, but lunch time is never scheduled.
You work all but 3 holidays a year. No holiday pay
