Pros
There are so many talented, passionate creatives, admins, and salespeople. Some of these people hung in with this company through some very dark days and were it not for my peers, I would never have stayed this long at this company.
Cons
The salary is not competitive nor are the benefits that great. The person at the helm not only had poor people skills and no leadership skills, she is not a very good manager -- her behavior is erratic and her management style is demoralizing to everyone in the company. There is so much turnover because of her poor communication and lack of leadership.

Pros
Budget Travel was a great place to work! One of the few places that pays their interns, a great community of people, and offered real-world experience (no coffee runs!)
Cons
Because they are a smaller company, there are less opportunities to move up and employees often have to do the work of multiple positions
