      Pros

      Nothing. Fellow employees are nice because in same hot mess.

      Cons

      Everything. They track your every movement. Cameras, GPS trackers in vehicles. Not competitive, poor service, owner fires people daily on whims. No training.

      There are no pros, quite the opposite

      Cons

      They don’t pay salespeople commissions. You read that right. When you go to Buffalo to sign your documents, read them. Then they say, I have your signature right here. Basically they tell you one thing to join and sell for a few months before you go nuts trying to argue with them about their business ethics. Never experienced anything so morally corrupt.
