The upper management only cares about bringing in the next dollar and does not coordinate well with other departments. They also expect you to work 40+ hours of demanding and stressful work for very little pay and refuse to give pay raises to the people who have been there for years on end, making sure that the departments are actually being ran properly.

Hot in the summer cold in the winter.: overstaffed. Managers let people leave without helping with closing work.
