Pros
The work done there is very rewarding. I go home at night feeling like I have done something to improve the life of other people and the community I live in.
Cons
The pay is extremely low for the kind of work done. It is minimum wage. In the past we have been pushed to work off the clock. Management encourages us to deceive clients into believing they will get services we already know they will not get. Management is full of nepotism and some employees are allowed to not do their jobs properly due to family connections. There is a lack of professionalism in management in how they deal with employees. Going as for as openly mocking them or insulting their appearance in company meetings.
