Pros

Good coworkers Cool work type

Cons

This is the nastiest company I have ever worked for. Company culture means nothing. Ownership treats management poorly. Ownership treats regular employees poorly and also looks down on them. This is not a joke, understand that they do not care about you at all. There only goal is to make as much money as possible before they can sell to Terminix.

Pros

Good salary, bonus, and hours

Cons

CEO he would curse you out & then the couldn’t afford to keep me after getting a awesome review from CFO. He came in laid me off 2 days later. Then hired someone for 20k a year less. They never have a manager that makes it a year. I made 1 year & terminated. I always get notifications from indeed that the company is hiring a manager it seems to be every six months or so that they are looking for someone. Horrible company, treat their employees and their technicians horribly. To the point that one of the employees was actually going to fight the CEO for the way that he was cursing him out. Avoid this company at all cost! And expect to pay the majority of the cost for your health insurance.

Low pay, low trust, bad culture

Pros

Nothing. Maybe if you get in and work a few months to get experience and go to a better place, but thats it.

Cons

Pay is so low, worse than anywhere else for the same job. Theyll say you can grow, but won’t give you a raise even after a year. People come and leave so much you will have new people every 6 months. The ceo and cfo own the company and are rude. They dont treat people with respect at all. They say they cant afford paper plates and show up in a brand new bronco. They hire theyre kids or other managers kids to come do work. Then they changed the insurance and it wasn’t affordable at all, canst even cover yourself. So then bad pay and no benefits so why stay. Also no schedule flexibility even if you come in for a meeting an hour early you stay til 5.
