      No work - life balance. 7 am - 5 pm unless otherwise approved by managers. Termination if late once or have to call out for 3 months after being hired, no questions asked. Must do twice the work of other similar employers to receive similar compensation. Must come into office every morning before completing any services. Even if there is no reason for you to be there other than to stand around, then leave.
