Great Company Culture

Pros

The people are the biggest asset. Everyone is very friendly. There are a lot of smart people who are willing to teach junior employees about the industry. There are a lot of learning opportunities. Management maintains transparency and cares about employees. There is a collaborative culture.

Cons

Some of the policies are a bit outdated such as maternity leave, dress code, and working from home. The technology is in place to make changes, but senior management can be strict.

Small enough company you feel a part of building something, interesting work, great people

Cons

only downside was having to leave to take 6 weeks off, that was a no go for them.

BAM is great place to work. Good people. Excellent culture. You are not micro managed. Senior management expects and rewards great work.

Cons

The office kitchen could use some serious upgrades.
