This is the dumbest billion dollar company I have ever known. Most people literally do not know why they are working on the things they are. Oh and if you have a super awesome idea that could likely change the foundation of the company for the better....well be prepared to get laughed at and then have an "executive" own that idea sometime in the future and take all the credit for it. The pay here compared to industry standards is an absolute joke and you can fully expect to do the job you were hired for and at least a few others. But DO NOT expect to get compensated for that. Oh you can also only get a raise during a very short period ONCE per year....lolol. ABSOLUTE joke. Even during this period daddy Ferguson tells all managers to rate employees just under the raise threshold and to not give any out. This is regardless of how you perform. You're lucky to get a cost of living raise here. Like really lucky.

Account managers are looking for other jobs because we have no hope in how are bosses are running the group into the ground. The person in charge of the group is an idiot sales people don't want to work for him any longer. Team boss hates the guy also. Dont work here please or you will take calls for ever.
