They work on fear. Mass layoffs Inhumane hours as a norm and if you don’t of course you will be part of the lay off. You can never be sure when you will be kicked out. They claim to be a flexible company but they need you to sign in at a particular time and they spend thousands of dollars for food on you so that you come to office! Highly unoptimized. Its good amount of money each day and then by the end of the year, they will kick out someone citing budget. For them you don’t matter at all. This is the most horrific and toxic company I have ever encountered and all I can say is, stay away! I wish there were laws just for this company to call out their practices. The management lacks empathy and they don't realize it’s people who run their company and they need to respect them instead of treating them like trash. There is zero job security and let me tell you, you have no reason to spend your precious life or time even for a bit here.

The work/life balance here is a real challenge. While leadership says they don’t expect you to work extra hours, the workload often makes it impossible to keep up within regular hours. It’s more common for employees to log in on weekends than not, or even during holidays like Christmas and New Year’s to stay afloat.
