- New home construction is a stable industry that will continue to grow - Great and deep relationships with industry leaders, ability to influence and impact change - The onsite facility is fantastic, with a full court gym, workout area, taco breakfast, and weekly happy hours. - Recent partnership with Zonda will be positive for the company in the long run

Cons

- Entrenched technology and team members. Many team members have been around for a very long time and some have strong opinions that make running tests or optimizing processes challenges - Acquired by Zonda in 2024. There may be short-term disruption to the business.

Pros

The culture was good. Good employees to work for and the office was unique when it was in the original building. The original building was a gym at one point so it had all the gym equipment someone could want as a perk for employees. The CEO was someone I approved of since I think he tried to make the company perform well and he was an improvement to the original.

Cons

Pay is below industry standard No long term strategic plan for the company Internal politics rewards managers who play the game even when it was obvious to multiple other business units that their leadership caused major client issues and lead to revenue lost since clients would leave.
