      Leaders of the company play favorites and are very cliquey

      Pros

      Culture is very good and most people are genuine.

      Cons

      They are very unorganized and you won’t really know what you’re supposed to be doing while working here until maybe 2 months in. Additionally, they will waste your time and burn you out until they can find a replacement. They do not care about your growth. They have a core clique among the leaders of the company and if you’re not in the clique then you are very disposable.

      Pros

      I have worked at several start-ups as well as medium/large-sized companies and Builder has been by far the most balanced experience in the most positive way. - competent and passionate leadership that tries to keep things as transparent and real as possible - exciting product backed by skilled engineering talent - collaborative culture - actual work-life balance (unless there is a big exciting release or burning needs, which aren't a norm)

      Cons

      These are more of a our day and age (in tech) problems: - distributed workforce makes it harder to build relationships - timezones can make for non standard work hours

      Pros

      The team is amazing – full of genuine, smart, and collaborative people. Leadership is very transparent, the best I've seen in my career. Unlimited PTO with quarterly mental wellness days is a huge plus.

      Cons

      None. I've been here for almost a year and have loved every minute of it.
