Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Poorly ran company. Owner works hard to keep coworkers against each other . There is no training and when a mistake is made due to lack of knowledge there is still no guidance but a reprimand. I have seen them write employees up in public where other employees are witness. They install cabinets and they let the uneducated installers run the company into the ground. The installers are rude to the customers and shady in their work. Leaving the CSR to pick up the pieces in turn making the owner made that things didn’t get done . There is no way to get ahead in this company due to lack of direction. They have went through so many employees because the owner gets upset and instead of guiding and teaching fires them. It’s a horrible place to work . The owner is just plain mean and doesn’t have a clue. You might think this post is from a disgruntled employee but ask and watch before you work there. It is a toxic unorganized place. Better off working at McDonald’s.

Pros

No rules, no repercussions for dishonesty

Cons

Not one good thing to mention. Office is run like a daycare. Drama is a daily occurrence. The company is poorly run. The owner is a narcissist and his sexual escapades are openly discussed. Including the display of personal topless pictures the conquests have sent. (shown to female staff) Unprofessional pranks are not uncommon. An inappropriate listing of a sexual manner was posted on Craig's List by the owner about one of the female staff, which resulted in numerous unsolicited calls that were very disturbing. Hard work and tenure carry no weight. Associates will not get compensated for their value. Don't ask for a raise, could result in termination.
