      Pros

      Fast paced environment, with a lot of opportunity to challenge yourself and grow your skill set alongside collaborative, hard working people. Flexible schedule! The recruiting team does a fantastic job finding the right talent for the teams needs!!

      Cons

      Communication can be a challenge however if you stay curious and speak up the Leadership team is always willing to listen. Benefit package is not very robust, however compensation and schedule flexibility is far better than banking.

      Flexible hybrid work. Reasonable expectations on the dress code. Management knows the business and industry well.

      Cons

      Lots of change…and sometimes change back to what was being done previously, if you can’t handle change this is probably not the place for you.
