      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. Meaningful work. They provide for the homless community.

      Cons

      No room for growth for middle management. No HR department on-site. Expensive benefits packages if you have a dependent. High turnover rate due to lack of support within upper management.

      team work with employees. fun atmosphere. passionate about the work and clients served flexible schedules family oriented

      Cons

      no support from management. not open to staff suggestions, opinions or ideas that could benefit the company and the population served. no raises. high turn over of the staff. lack of confidentiality by management regarding employees personal and professional business
