Low morale, Very high turnover of staff, Racism, Unprofessional middle-management, Puppet HR, Bullying, Clique Development, Unpaid sick days, Bonuses avoided whenever possible, Little training offered.

Caseload was low and not too many calls

Cons

Very clicky. You will only do well if manger like you. The favourites get salary increases and days off without warning and just get everything given to them
