Cons
Preaches TEAM environment but expects the TEAM to be able to do each others jobs. Lack of program/software training. Employees are expected to train themselves how to use required programs/software. Long hours Unlimited PTO means you are still expected to work when you are out on PTO if needed. Can never fully disengage.
