- VP of employee experience & culture doesn't set a right culture - Overworked - Likes to make a salary cut if you make mistakes - C levels are never wrong - They have monthly bonus but it's always rigged to be low

- Micromanagement - Very toxic company environment - You can't have any opinion on any matter if you are not the higher-ups - The higher-ups will claim your work, and you will not be able to defend it, unless you want to lose your job. - The HR will never support anyone who is not the higher-ups, so no hope for new employee if those things happened to you. - Unclear business system - Inconsistent company principle
