The company is extremely unorganized and treats their employees very badly. There is no work life-balance and management have no idea what they are doing. The HR manager that originally intervied me was very unprofessional. She was unable to answer very basic HR questions and when I left the interview she just walked out without even saying goodbye. This should have been my first indication that this is just not a place I want to work for.

Horrible wage, No raises (this was announced by head office themselves), you are overworked and short staffed at all times, you will be treated horribly by customers and can do nothing about it because head office does not care, No health care plan, dental plan, retirement plan, insurance, no benefits at all apart from a 10% discount on products. My training for my position was almost non existent, I had to beg and beg for proper training and was ignored half the time.
